- 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles
- valid driver’s license
- acceptable driving record
- must be 21 or older
- able to lift up to 60 lbs
- strong communication and customer service skills
- comfortable using maps and GPS
- excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- dependable and team-oriented
- must pass pre-employment screenings

Job Duties
- Safely operate a refrigerated van for daily deliveries
- ensure timely deliveries of fresh flowers and related products to customers
- maintain an organized and safe vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
- work efficiently in a warehouse and cooler environment (34 degrees F) utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and RF scanners
- communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships
- follow assigned delivery routes using maps or GPS to optimize efficiency
- perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, climbing in and out of the truck, driving, and handling products weighing up to 60 pounds
- ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations
