Job Requirements
- Can physically stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- can reach, bend, stoop frequently
- able to deliver plates and clear tables which may require lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to speak, read and write English
- ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
- complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program as per Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- complete and pass food safety certification program per Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- ability to work flexible hours
- work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and running food/drink as needed
- be knowledgeable of food and beverage menus, promotions, and specials
- answer guests' questions clearly and verbally
- accurately enter orders into the POS system
- retrieve and deliver food or drink orders to guests promptly
- collect and process guests' payments accurately via POS
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
- pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
- greet guests at curbside pickup area
