Job Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience as a private chef with longevity
- Living locally in Miami or within a commutable distance
- Ability to travel to NY, Aspen, and UK
- US/UK citizenship is a plus
- Flexibility to work Sunday through Thursday
- Immediate availability
- Willingness to manage travel logistics
- Accommodations provided when traveling except for Miami
- Clean cooking focus with organic and quality ingredients
Job Qualifications
- The family ideally would love a chef with dual UK/US citizenship, but is open to a UK chef with excellent experience that would be accepted when applying for an O1 visa or a US who could get a visa for the UK as and when needed, although more requirements this route
- Must have excellent training
- Longevity in private home roles
- Focus on clean, healthy cooking
- Or we can apply for an O1 visa for the correct candidate subject to their previous experience being suitable for an application
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Accommodations covered everywhere but Miami

Job Duties
- Their current chef of 8 years is heading back to the UK
- Prior experience as a private chef
- Excellent chef able to cook a range of cuisines (mediterranean, French, Japanese/sushi, Levant, Indian)
- No sugars, low fat etc
- Sourcing and purchasing of organic and high quality ingredients
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner primarily for 2 principals but sometimes family members (making total 6 people)
- Occasional entertaining of wider family and friends
