Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
- Understanding of safe food-handling practices
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays
- Willingness to accept direction and training
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, wash and store dishes following Holiday procedures
- Clean dishwashing area, food-serving areas, dining tables, chairs, and vacuum dining room area
- Complete dishwasher temperature log at required times
- Assist in setup of serving carts including preparing water carafes and serving meals
- Deliver trays to residents' rooms when necessary
- Assist with food preparation as assigned
- Put away deliveries and set dining tables for next meal
- Perform other duties as assigned
