Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older as per applicable law
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to kitchen work
  • good hygiene and adherence to food safety protocols
  • ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
  • commitment to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food preparation experience beneficial but not required
  • strong time management and attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • passion for food service and creating great guest experiences

Job Duties

  • work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • prepare and produce all menu food items with quality and consistency
  • maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely food delivery
  • assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
  • participate in training programs and contests to improve skills
  • contribute to a positive team environment and guest experience
