Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local or state food service certification preferred
  • knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
  • strong teamwork and punctuality skills
  • able to read, write and speak basic English
  • able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
  • must be able to work various shifts and days of the week

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers
  • maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs
  • manage inventory of prepared ingredients ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines
  • ensure food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products
  • set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations
  • complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team
  • adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards
  • support opening and closing duties including end-of-shift cleaning
  • maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
  • follow safety and security standards diligently
  • perform all other duties as required or assigned by management
  • manage the cash register throughout the shift ensuring money stays balanced and customers are assisted rapidly and accurately
  • stock products on shelves and maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance
  • ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff
  • maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
  • troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed
  • prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines
  • cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
  • escalate any urgent issues to the next level manager
  • perform all other duties as required or assigned by management
