Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work in culinary positions including line assembly, prep, and breading
  • ensure food safety principles at all times including Daily SAFE, reducing raw footprint, personal hygiene and handwashing procedures
  • assist in supporting all aspects of the work area including coordinating with managers and directors
  • continuously train, coach, mentor team members to build a culture of learning and growth
  • assess bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinate with senior leadership
  • command the floor in senior leadership's absence
  • uphold high standards of cleanliness
  • keep team focused and hold team accountable
  • establish communication and accountability lines to back-of-house team to minimize hold times and maintain positive culture
  • create a team atmosphere amongst kitchen and front and reinforce a positive atmosphere during busy times
