Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to four hours
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Capability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and restricted workspace conditions
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Experience in operations is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, to be acquired at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment, rotating among different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a positive and fun environment
