Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Must be able to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- Compliance with safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Completion of some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local laws and obtained at the associate's own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operation standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between front counter, drive-through, and kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
