Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, performing various roles including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals in a positive and fun environment
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally
- Utilize kitchen equipment safely, including Chinese cook knives, while ensuring food preparation accuracy
