Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and at different positions including front counter, drive-through or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Use kitchen equipment safely such as Chinese cook knife while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally
