Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous culinary supervisory experience required
- knowledge of food safety, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and noise
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- adherence to safety procedures and wearing required PPE
- strong time management and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing/cooking menu items according to recipes and portion standards
- ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served at proper temperatures
- assist in menu prep, ingredient storage, and inventory rotation
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times
- follow all food safety, HACCP, and health department regulations
- supervise servers, bartenders and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- assist with ordering, receiving and storing deliveries properly
- schedule Bistro Team according to operational needs
