Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year or more of relevant work experience
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work any shift with open availability
- Spanish language proficiency a plus but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business operations
- help ensure a safe work environment across the facility for all employees
- facilitate orientation and training of employees
- work with consumers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time and with sufficient regularity
- perform additional assigned tasks varying by account depending on business needs and client requirements
