Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year or more of relevant work experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work any shift with open availability
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • reliable and punctual
  • willing to comply with safety protocols and company policies

Job Duties

  • Support management in daily supervision of key functions and employees during normal business operations
  • help ensure a safe work environment across the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with consumers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time and with sufficient regularity
  • perform additional assigned tasks varying by account depending on business needs and client requirements
