Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- assisting and planning menus for catered events such as field trips and internal events
- coordinating food production and delivery timelines for events
- collaborating with the catering manager or event manager to meet client expectations
