Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • assisting and planning menus for catered events such as field trips and internal events
  • coordinating food production and delivery timelines for events
  • collaborating with the catering manager or event manager to meet client expectations
