- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others

Job Duties
- Addressing customer service needs
- Helping to hire and train new staff and attending training sessions and meetings when required
- Assisting in the purchase of food and designing of menus
- Supervising daily kitchen operations
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing kitchen staff schedules
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in food preparation and service
