Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork
  • Handle lost items with care, manage access to sensitive areas, and maintain health standards
  • Ensure every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant
  • Support service by managing supplies and coordinating kitchen activities
