Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food handling during events such as banquets or large gatherings is a plus
- A positive attitude dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality

Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly
- Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs and kitchen managers to ensure timely service
- Help with food handling and safety procedures to meet health regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Busing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure smooth operations in the dining area
- Support banquet or special event setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient kitchen workflow
