Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with team members
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Basic English proficiency

- Prior experience in a dishwasher or kitchen aid role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Set up dishwasher and record temp of machine wash and rinse
- Wash all dishes and pots during meal periods and restock
- Keep kitchen area clean
- Remove all trash as needed
- Sweep as needed in the kitchen
- Clean up all spills as needed while keeping cleaning supplies in a neat and orderly manner
- Transport dirty oil to container when needed
- Keep ice machine wiped down
- Keep stations stocked with bowls and plates
- Transport garbage to dumpsters daily
- Fill every station's sanitizing bucket after each shift
- At the end of shift, refer to daily, weekly and restocking schedule and assist others as needed
