- prior restaurant experience helpful but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift 3-40 lbs
- physical endurance for bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
