Job Requirements
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
- Able to stand for a long time and use work-related tools safely
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset
- Knowledge of basic work safety
- Relevant experience and kitchen deli product knowledge, display, promotion and packaging techniques preferred

Job Duties
- Fry, cut, pack, weigh, label and prepare various kitchen products including BBQ, hot foods, dim sum, sushi and others
- Stock kitchen products onto display cases and display coolers in the sales area
- Provide good customer service by greeting customers, assisting in product selection and offering recommendations
- Ensure product quality, food safety, freshness and practice FIFO
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure tools are clean and well kept
- Keep product displays full, attractive and neat, replenish inventory timely
- Follow procedures for expired product verification and manage shrinkage
- Receive product deliveries and take customer orders
- Complete daily sales and checklists accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior
