Job Requirements

- Good understanding of tools and equipment relevant to the job
- Valid Food Safe Certification
- Ability to communicate in English
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Able to maintain high hygiene and safety standards at work
Job Qualifications
- Possess knowledge and prior experience in cooking kitchen products such as BBQ, sushi, or cooked foods
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food safety with Food Safe Certification
- Ability to communicate in English
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous
- Good organization and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Produce the correct quantity of assigned products based on orders received
- Perform production duties including preparing perishable food items like vegetables, meat, and fish
- Cook rice and handle cutting, stir-frying, deep frying, and pan-frying tasks
- Control product quality, freshness, inventory level, and minimize wastage
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, equipment, and tools maintenance along with workplace safety
- Assist in answering customers' enquiries
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure food safety and safe work procedures
