Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 6 am
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule
- Must comply with food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepping all produce and ensuring labeling and proper rotation
- Follow build-to charts
- Complete breakfast dishes
- Prepare stations for lunch service
- Ensure stations are stocked and ready
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Requires employee to enter walk-in freezer
