Job Requirements

  • Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Able to provide documentation to prove work eligibility
  • Willingness to learn and be challenged
  • Dumpling experience not required but dough preparation experience is beneficial

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or dough handling is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary processes

Job Duties

  • Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
  • Rolls dumpling bun skins
  • Stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings buns in a steamer
  • Adds meat and allergen identifiers
  • Steams dumplings buns
  • Maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
  • Labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
  • Attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
  • Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
  • Organizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Lifts and moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables up to 50 pounds
  • Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding all proprietary information including recipes and standard operating procedures
