Job Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years culinary or kitchen leadership experience
- Ability to lead and supervise teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in culinary or kitchen leadership role
- 2-3 years post-high school education or equivalent professional experience
- Culinary training preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of food service principles and kitchen management
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Coordinate daily culinary operations
- Oversee kitchen activities to ensure quality and service efficiency
- Forecast food consumption and procure supplies
- Select, refine, and standardize recipes
- Establish presentation techniques and menu pricing
- Ensure kitchen equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Manage special catering events
- Provide culinary instruction and mentor junior staff
