Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in staff management
  • Experience in food service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read recipes and perform basic math conversions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Job Duties

  • Understanding National School Breakfast Program
  • Understanding National School Lunch Program
  • Food preparation on a large production scale
  • Utilizing kitchen equipment
  • Meeting company’s expectations
  • Understand company’s food concepts
  • Daily production records and paperwork
  • Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
  • Training school cafeteria workers on food production and recipe utilization
  • Training staff on the functions of kitchen equipment
  • Ensuring staff meet company’s expectations
  • Educating staff on the company’s food concepts
