Job Requirements
- at least high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1-2 years experience managing staff in food service
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
- proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- strong communication skills
- understanding of school breakfast and lunch programs
Job Qualifications

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- valid driver’s license
- must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
Job Duties
- understanding National School Breakfast Program
- understanding National School Lunch Program
- food preparation on a large production scale
- utilizing kitchen equipment
- meeting company’s expectations
- understand company’s food concepts
- daily production records and paperwork
- facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- training school cafeteria workers on food production and recipes utilization
- training school cafeteria workers on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- training school cafeteria workers on meeting company’s expectations
- training school cafeteria workers on understanding company’s food concepts
