Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years staff management experience
  • Food service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

  • Understanding National School Breakfast Program
  • Understanding National School Lunch Program
  • Food preparation on a large production scale
  • Utilizing kitchen equipment
  • Meeting company’s expectations
  • Understand company’s food concepts
  • Daily production records and paperwork
  • Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
  • Training school cafeteria workers
  • Food production and recipes utilization
  • Understanding functions of kitchen equipment
  • Meeting company’s expectations
  • Understand company’s food concepts
