Job Qualifications

  • Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • Completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage food production according to Golden Corral products and recipes
  • Ensure standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained
  • Operate the Back-of-the-House efficiently using company systems
  • Oversee labor management in the kitchen in absence of upper management
  • Lead and organize kitchen staff in a high-volume buffet environment
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
  • Support overall restaurant operations during the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager
