Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Previous experience in BOH management or culinary leadership
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle employee relations and guest complaints effectively
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering
  • Familiarity with operational guidelines and company policies
  • Capable of managing staffing and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Leads restaurant BOH shift and BOH department employees in absence of senior manager
  • Handles employee relations issues and guest complaints during shifts without BOH manager on duty
  • Assists with staffing and participates in hiring process
  • Manages job assignments, break rotation, and delegation of tasks during shifts without manager on duty
  • Orders necessary products in absence of BOH manager on duty
  • Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation as opener and closer
  • Adheres to company operational guidelines including food specifications, ticket times, and sanitation procedures
