Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • certification in food safety and sanitation
  • at least 3 years in a kitchen leadership role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years experience as a kitchen manager or head chef
  • certification in food safety and sanitation
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • attention to detail and quality
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine preferred

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations
  • oversee food preparation and presentation
  • train and lead kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • maintain inventory and order supplies
  • collaborate with management on menu development
  • monitor kitchen equipment maintenance
