Job Duties
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- Understanding National School Lunch Program
- Food preparation on a large production scale
- Utilizing kitchen equipment
- Meeting company’s expectations
- Understand company’s food concepts
- Daily production records and paperwork
- Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- Training school cafeteria workers in food production and recipes utilization
- Training staff on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- Ensuring staff meets company’s expectations
- Ensuring staff understand company’s food concepts
