  • Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions

Job Duties

  • Understanding National School Breakfast Program
  • Understanding National School Lunch Program
  • Food preparation on a large production scale
  • Utilizing kitchen equipment
  • Meeting company’s expectations
  • Understand company’s food concepts
  • Daily production records and paperwork
  • Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
  • Training school cafeteria workers in food production and recipes utilization
  • Training staff on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
  • Ensuring staff meets company’s expectations
  • Ensuring staff understand company’s food concepts
