Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with food truck movement/setup is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours), work in heat, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and events
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Prior experience in mobile food service preferred
Job Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Lead Line Cook, or similar)
- Strong ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with solid time management skills
- Comfortable working in a compact, mobile kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt on the fly
Job Duties
- Lead daily food truck kitchen operations from prep to service
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Coordinate logistics for food truck service (setup, breakdown, mobility)
- Partner with operations leadership on menu execution and improvements
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
