Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash control and financial transactions

- Knowledge of restaurant operational standards and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training, and leadership
- Achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive friendly, courteous service
- Maintain food and product standards according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving guidelines
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and training programs
- Control cash and other receipts accurately
- Make employment and termination recommendations
- Work hands-on in the restaurant environment
- Prepare required paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules
- Schedule labor according to anticipated business activity
- Implement corrective action promptly, fairly, and consistently
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
