Job Duties
- deliver on the Pizza Ranch product standards
- assist the Assistant General Manager in leading day to day operations
- support back of house management of guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback
- drive store level profitability and meet sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- provide genuine care and support to staff and guests
- ensure guest satisfaction
- train and develop kitchen staff
- maintain appropriate and fair business practices
