Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Passion for training and developing team
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Experience in responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Train and develop HOH team members for optimal performance
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
