- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Passion for training and developing team
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
- Computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Train and develop HOH team members for optimal performance
- Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
