Job Duties
- Exceed guest expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch product standards
- Assist the Assistant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
- Support back-of-house management of guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback
- Drive store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- Provide genuine care for staff and guests to create legendary impact
- Maintain effective business management practices
- Ensure appropriate and fair business practices
