Job Duties

  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
  • Support back-of-house management of guest experience through Qualtrics data and feedback
  • Drive store-level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
  • Provide genuine care for staff and guests to create legendary impact
  • Maintain effective business management practices
  • Ensure appropriate and fair business practices
