Job Duties
- Exceed guest expectations by delivering Pizza Ranch product standards
- Assist Assistant General Manager in leading day-to-day operations
- Support back-of-house management using Qualtrics data and feedback
- Drive store profitability and achieve sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- Provide genuine care and leadership to staff and guests
- Maintain effective business management practices
- Facilitate training and development for team members
