Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in culinary or kitchen management
  • ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
  • physical ability to perform job duties including standing, reaching, bending
  • compliance with GMP and food safety protocols
  • willingness to engage with customers and team
  • reliable and punctual
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen management or sous chef roles
  • strong culinary skills with knowledge of multiple global cuisines
  • familiarity with HACCP guidelines and food safety standards
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • capacity to work in fast-paced environments
