  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Proven kitchen management experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy environments

  • Collaborate with management to drive financial results and optimize profitability
  • Oversee new menu rollouts and introduction of new food items
