Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting
  • Valid Food Safety Certification such as ServSafe or equivalent
  • Open availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office for basic administrative tasks
  • A desire to grow within the company including potential relocation for advancement

Job Duties

  • Oversee all Back-of-House operations to ensure meal consistency and kitchen efficiency
  • Handle recruitment and training, helping new Outbackers develop their culinary and leadership skills
  • Maintain a spotless and safe environment by strictly following health codes and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and labor costs through smart scheduling and waste reduction
  • Step out into the dining room when needed to connect with guests and resolve any concerns
  • Support the General Manager in daily administrative duties and local community marketing efforts
  • Lead by example, maintaining high morale and professional standards during every shift
