Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting
- Valid Food Safety Certification such as ServSafe or equivalent
- Open availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office for basic administrative tasks
- A desire to grow within the company including potential relocation for advancement

Job Duties
- Oversee all Back-of-House operations to ensure meal consistency and kitchen efficiency
- Handle recruitment and training, helping new Outbackers develop their culinary and leadership skills
- Maintain a spotless and safe environment by strictly following health codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and labor costs through smart scheduling and waste reduction
- Step out into the dining room when needed to connect with guests and resolve any concerns
- Support the General Manager in daily administrative duties and local community marketing efforts
- Lead by example, maintaining high morale and professional standards during every shift
