Job Duties
- Maintain Chick-fil-A quality of food
- ensure daily critical tasks and ERQAs are completed
- ensure equipment and utensils are well maintained and cleaned
- assist with scheduling and staffing levels
- assist with kitchen team member interviews
- train new kitchen team members
- hold team to exemplary kitchen cleanliness standards
- maintain inventory levels and monitor waste
- help develop team members and supervisors through quarterly one-on-one meetings
- manage breaks throughout shifts
