Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Willingness to work weekends nights and holidays
  • Comfortable in fast paced noisy environments with distractions
