Job Duties

  • manage sanitary inspections
  • verify and correct product storage and preparation according to Craft Food Hall standards
  • streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
  • perform random quality control checks on food leaving the kitchen
  • check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points
  • supervise kitchen team members to ensure compliance with food and safety standards
  • maintain a positive work environment for team members
  • train team members on menu builds and standards
  • provide corrective action and training when necessary
  • set and verify regular cleaning standards for sanitation
  • conduct daily alignment meetings with cooks
  • partner with the General Manager and maintain open communication
  • communicate scheduling needs based on anticipated business activity
