Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen or restaurant management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems
  • Strong passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to operate and manage computer systems relevant to the operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and safe food handling procedures
  • Manage labor to meet operational needs and control costs
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to promote continuous learning
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure timely service
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
