Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a diverse team
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to kitchen operations
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Commitment to upholding Texas Roadhouse's standards and policies

Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food according to established recipes and procedures
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Monitoring and maintaining efficient food item ticket times
- Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Providing daily feedback and development for key employees and assistant managers
- Conducting formal line taste and temperature checks to ensure food safety
- Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all food items
- Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- Setting schedules and assigning tasks for Back of House employees
- Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with company values and goals
