Riverside Eats + Drinks is a vibrant food and beverage service provider managing catering and concessions primarily at the Carlson Center in Fairbanks. Job Requirements
- minimum age 16 for concessions and catering staff
- minimum age 18 for security personnel, prep cooks, dishwashers, kitchen management
- minimum age 21 for bartenders and wet side concessions
- valid food handler permits where applicable
- ability to work summer seasonal schedule from mid-May to mid-September
Job Qualifications
- food manager certification preferred
- valid driver's license preferred
- experience in kitchen management or similar role
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations including recipe quality control
- oversee waste management
- handle inventory management
- check-in orders accurately
- manage and train back-of-house staff
- implement CDC and Alaska State food safety and cleanliness guidelines
