Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • basic computer skills

  • monitor inventory and control food costs
