Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years restaurant Kitchen Management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Inspire and develop your BOH team while upholding Luna Grill's high standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards
  • Collaborate with the GM and Training Department on hiring, training, and team performance
  • Control food cost and usage through proper storage, requisition, and waste control
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen
