Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain productivity and morale
- Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Coordinating inventory and supply management to meet operational demands
- Training kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and functionality
