Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to supervise and direct kitchen staff effectively
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety practices
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to manage safety and security protocols effectively
  • Proficiency in computer operations relevant to restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and high standards
  • Supervise and provide direction to all Heart-of-House team members
  • Oversee food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor labor costs and ensure efficient scheduling aligned with labor laws
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver seamless guest experiences
